As this website is a registered domain, in contrast to my previous Neocities website protected by Neocities' Terms of Service, I'd like to address some important matters that are not intended to land me in any legal trouble.

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge that the design of this website draws inspiration from the user interface of the Discord app. When I initially embarked on creating the moseni Neocities site, my intention was to extend it beyond a simple "about me" page. However, it evolved into something much greater, eventually leading me to leave Neocities and acquire my own domain. At present, the website's user interface bears a resemblance to the "Discord interface." It's essential to note that the Discord team retains all rights to prompt alterations for a more original design in the future. As moseni.wtf is a non-profit personal website, I have gained no benefits from utilizing Discord's UI, and I want to make it clear that I did not create this UI. Furthermore, the font "Whitney" and Discord's background color (dark grayish blue | HEX #2c2f33) have been incorporated to emulate the layout.

Regarding the random image array, backgrounds, songs, and website hover effects, I do not possess ownership of the majority of the content (with the exception of a few images). The "Now Playing" where it shows which song is currently playing in the site is based on Katana ZERO, by Askiisoft. A list of the works I have put into my project is provided at the end of this page. If you are the legitimate owner of any of these elements and wish for them to be ENTIRELY REMOVED from the page, please do not hesitate to reach out using the contact information listed at the end of this page. I will promptly take the necessary steps to address your concerns.
